Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use and Request Page Version Control

The versioning system allows tracking and managing changes in the Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Use documents.

The Request Page is a control system for your Organization, where you can check information about users' Opt-out requests on your websites.

1. Log in to your AdOpt account.

2. Access your (1) Organization.

3. Select the (2) Disclaimer for which you want to check the version of the Documents.

4. Go to the (3) Documents section of the Disclaimer.

5. Each Document linked to your Disclaimer will have a Version button, highlighted by red rectangles in the image above. Click on Version for the desired Document to check its versioning history.
6. On this page, you will see a table with information about the (4) Version of the Document, the (5) Document name, the (6) Languages it is in, and the (7) Change Date. Additionally, AdOpt provides access to (8) Restore a previous version of the Document, which remains stored within the platform.

1. Log in to your AdOpt account.

2. Access your (1) Organization.

3. Select the (2) Privacy portal.

4. Click on (3) Request Pages.

5. On this page, you will see a table with information about the Document (4) Name, the number of (5) Disclaimers it is linked to, its (6) Created Date, and its (7) Updated Date. Additionally, AdOpt offers two actions: In (9), you can view the Request Page on a new tab of your browser, and in the (10) gear icon, you can Associate the Request Page to a Disclaimer, as well as Edit or Delete Request Pages.
